Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. To cancel, log in to your account, go to ‘My Orders’, and select ‘Cancel’.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
Note: Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
Refund Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Incorrect Product Delivered: If the item received is different from what was ordered, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Return Approval: Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.
Return Process
Initiate a return request via ‘My Orders’ within 7 days of delivery.
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
Our logistics partner will arrange pickup if eligible. In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet credit. You will be asked to provide your bank details during the return process.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
